Vegans Are Lashing Out At Chris Pratt For Posting A Photo Of Lamb Meat

So the vegan community is not very happy with Chris Pratt after his latest Instagram post. I never imagined anyone could be that upset with Chris Pratt. Since Parks & Recreation Pratt has for the most part been nothing but absolutely lovable. That is up until now; it’s official that the vegan community officially has some serious beef with Chris Pratt. The vegan Instagram community started catching wind of Pratt’s new found hobby, and it’s safe to say they are not thrilled. The picture was of the meat he had gotten from one of the lambs that he raised. The photo shows the meat after it had been cleaned up and butchered and the anti-meat crowd is not happy at all, and they’re letting Chris Pratt know about it!

In his post, he goes on to explain that the meat in the picture came from a lamb that he raised himself. He went on to explain that the lamb lived a great life and was loved. His children loved the lamb, and he even shares details about how the lamb eventually is killed and how every single part of the animal is put to use. The lamb’s wool has been turned into yarn, and the meat honestly looks terrific, if you’re into that kind of thing. He goes on to explain how he enjoyed the whole #farmlife thing and that Pratt believes he found a new passion. Whether you agree with what he’s doing or not that should be enough for you to be happy for him.

Look at all this glorious food! We will eat off him for a month. His wool is becoming yarn as we speak. He lived a very good life. He was groomed and shorn, his hooves medicated, de wormed, no antibiotics necessary. Surrounded by laughing loving humans, including children to whom they provided such joy. Nuzzled, pet and loved every day. No stressful travel to his final destination. Trauma Free. Just a touch of a usda certified wand to his head and he goes to sleep. The other sheep don’t even notice. It’s like unplugging a tv. Then Wocka my butcher works his magic. Right now the meat is for friends, family and gifts. Soon though it may be available to my followers as we test recipes and open up to market. Gotta get some things dialed in first. I have found a new passion to add to my many others. #farmlife and jack loves it! You’ll know where to sprinkle my ashes. I’ll tell you that.

I can understand people not agreeing with the killing of animals. I also appreciate that Pratt did his best to explain the animal lived a happy life away from a small cage and being processed in some factory before his death. It’s all about perspective people, to each their own. Chris Pratt gave the lamb a great life and now is feeding his friends and family with the animal. When he explains how the wand to head instantly kills the animal similar to unplugging the television was a little strange but the comments and backlashed that followed was a bit insane for my taste.
