Embarrassing to no end.
oh, but my worst story was when i peed in my sleep while i was in a sleeping bag on my neighbor-criend's carpeted floor so the next time i slept over her mom made sure i peed before going to bed

Maybe next time they could pick a movie everyone can watch.
I wasn’t allowed to see Jurassic Park so I had to go sit in another room by myself while all the other girls watched it

Or, you could tell them little bullies NOPE.
when a girl had my ENTIRE class over, she wanted to watch Scream. I was scared and refused “on principle.” A small faction of us watched Twister instead; I told my mom I was standing up to peer pressure, a story she still proudly tells to this day

Clearly, Laura Keon is a b*tch.
Laura Keon persuaded me it would be fun to sleep in her grandma's shed.

The savagery on this one.
i once said i had to leave early because i had to "go to a birthday party" and the host girl's mom said "oh, whose party?" and i said coldly "mine." untrue and pure panic but 8 year old me was ICY and the mom never forgave me

Some people are just…strange.
Had a brief 7th grade friendship with a girl named Amy, who said her twin Alison went to the other junior high in our town. She sometimes showed up at school saying she was Alison. The sleepover at her house where I fully realized there was no twin was very uncomfortable.
