When you think of Moon Pie, what do you think of? Delicious marshmallow fluff sandwiched between two graham cookies and coated in a layer of decadent chocolate, right? RIGHT. You’ve probably picked up a few of these bad boys on a nostalgic “OMG are those Moon Pies?” whim at 7-Eleven, or maybe it’s your afternoon pick-me-up snack at work. They’re cutesy, yummy snacks, and if you had to assign them an internet personality, it probably would a be a pretty calm one. Well, get ready to get SHOOK.
While I’m sure your Twitter follows aren’t typically supermarket dessert manufacturers, you should really consider giving them a follow on Twitter. Let me tell you — whoever their social media manager is a hilarious genius. This account is bold, brash, and exactly not what you would imagine Moon Pie to be like on social media. Instead of just rambling off promotions about their brand and what not, this account is entertaining, fun, and has a bona fide sense of humor. It doesn’t just sound like some programmed robot scheduling tweets, but rather a very real person who I want to be best friends with.
Assuming you love drama and dessert, you’ll love this twitter account to the moon and back. Without further adieu, let’s take a look at some of their tweets:
This is amazing.
Every morning my boss reads this book to us which is weird because 1) it’s morning and 2) I don’t even think this is a real book pic.twitter.com/k17XEByeis

It’s a good day to not be named Jessica.
“Nothing lasts forever Jessica” is one thing you could say if your friend Jessica ever catches you eating one of her MoonPies

Can’t be on Twitter these days without making the occasional jab at the POTUS.
We had to agree to an interview and a major photo shoot but it was worth it https://t.co/0gsgiktmvp

TBH, relatable.
Some days you’re the moon and other days you’re the pie not real sure what that means but if you’re feeling sad we can talk about it

LOL.
Even if you think you've got it pretty bad just remember there is a bot who's been politely asking for a MoonPie every day for the past 4 years and yet will never get to taste one pic.twitter.com/JmE3wL3fSk
