Just when you thought Blac Chyna completely disappeared from the Kardashian/Jenner family drama and went her own, separate way – which, will probably never happen – this pops up in the news. According to sources, both Rob Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are suing Rob’s baby-momma and ex-fiancé for assault and battery. The charges come to light now as court documents have surfaced.
While the news is just coming out about the lawsuit, the incident in question took place all the way back in December 2016, when the Rob/Blach Chyna drama was pretty hot and heavy online. According to the lawsuit, Blac Chyna was “on drugs and alcohol” when she became violent and began to beat Rob. The documents state she was “carelessly playing with Rob’s gun unaware if the gun was loaded or if the safety was on,” which – will never end well. No one was shot – or, we’d probably already see Chyna behind bars – but, she did attempt to choke Rob with an iPhone charging chord by strangling him with it. That’s some temper.
Kylie Jenner, who owned the home the couple was living in at the time, is also involved in the lawsuit due to property damage. The same evening, Chyna went completely wild and trashed the home – breaking things, vandalizing property, amongst other things. Reports indicate the property damage exceeds $100,000.
While the Kardashian/Jenner family may not be your favorite people in the world – this is a family that deserves their own reality TV show for all the problems, drama and chaos that surround their lives. Oh, wait…
