Girls Are Embracing Their Acne After Kendall Jenner Rocked Hers On The Red Carpet

Girls on social media are learning to embrace their blemishes and some beauty magazines and outlets are saying the biggest trend of 2018 is going to be going completely natural and learning to be confident with yourself–which, is something I think we can all get behind.

Improvement should always be something to strive for. If you aren’t changing, that means you aren’t learning or growing. It’s ok to change. ✨

Stop washing your face. Wash your face once a day. Wash your face morning and night. Use your own saliva on your pimples. Use a gentle toner. Don’t use a toner. Go to the dermatologist. Don’t use anything with chemicals. Modern medicine is the best treatment. All natural is the way to go. Get your hormones tested. Get a food intolerance test. Get your thyroid checked. Don’t let anything touch your face. Use this strict 12 step skincare routine. Get more house plants. Get a water filter. Stop wearing makeup. Makeup doesn’t matter. Completely change your diet. Stop drinking alcohol. Don’t eat spicy food. Your body is overly acidic. Eat whatever you want. Drink green tea. Take zinc. Just use dove bar soap. Cut out all caffeine. Use your own urine on your pimples. Take accutane again. Quit eating high GI foods. Use tooth paste on your spots. Increase your workouts. Do acupuncture. Change your pillowcases. Sleep on your back. Use all natural products. Use light therapy. Get on antibiotics. Use probiotics. Wear your hair up. Do a cleanse. Get laser done. Check to see if you have parasites. Go on birth control. Balance your hormones naturally. Don’t pop your pimples. Take iron. Do pop your pimples. Only wash your face with cold water. Get your gut balanced. Use essential oils. Just drink water. Don’t think about it and it’ll go away. These are all things I have heard before. Having acne is confusing enough without all the impossible recommendations. Please from all acne sufferers to you, think before you speak. You have no clue what someone has or hasn’t tried and what they are currently going through. Instead of offering advice, offer a compliment. Nice hair, killer dress, I love those shoes- will go a much longer way?
