7. Kylie and Kendall Jenner Sued By Multiple People for T-Shirts:
Kendall and Kylie Jenner have multiple fashion lines together as sisters for companies. This year, they launched some t-shirts that were supposed to be “vintage” with a “personal twist.” However, instead, the girls ripped off some pretty big artists and musicians and were in hot water because of it. The girls used artists logos and likeness with their own faces plastered over, selling them for $125 each.
After the shirts launched, reports indicated that the girls received “cease and desist letters” saying that the way in which they designed their clothing has “tarnished” their trademarks. They also used logos from bands without permission or legal rights. They also received threats from artist’s family members, like the Notorious B.I.G’s mother, who was unhappy her late son’s photo was being used and exploited for money. Michael Miller, the photographer behind some of the photos, sued for “all profits made from the sale of these t-shirts.” TMZ reports that Miller has no desire to collaborate or work with the Jenners because of the controversy that stemmed from Kendall’s Pepsi advertisement.

8. Kim Kardashian Dragged For “Black Face” Makeup Ad:
In 2017, Kim Kardashian launched her own cosmetic line, KKW Beauty. In one of the contour ads, people believed that whoever edited the photos or applied the makeup made Kim appear much darker than she actually is. Online, many Twitter users accused Kim of “blackface,” and being “extremely racist.”

Some even edited the photo to show how darkened it was.
Kim responded on “KUWTK” that she would never disrespect anyone in that manner and, let’s be real, she is married to a black man and her children are both black…I don’t think it was intentional or supposed to be blackface at all in any way.
9. Scott Disick Is Officially Dating Sofia Richie:
Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian, while having three children together, are no longer romantically involved as of 2017. This year was the first time the two stepped out officially with different people on their arms. Scott Disick began dating Sofia Richie, 19-year-old model, in 2016 and in 2017, they went pretty public. It’s strange, seeing as the model is friends with both Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
Scott is still very involved in Kourtney’s life, as seen in the recent season of KUWTK, but they are doing their own thing now with different significant others.
