Christina Aguilera’s Glowing Makeup-Free ‘Paper Magazine’ Spread Has Left Fans Speechless

Christina Aguilera has been a household name when it comes to pop music for two decades, with her first album dropping way back in the ’90s. Today, the mother and singer/songwriter/actress is back to basics in a big way. She recently appeared on the cover of the April issue of Paper Magazine with a makeup-free face and looks absolutely flawless.

Aguilera made a point in her interview that she “still loves to beat face,” with all that makeup, but wanted to come forward with a fresh face and fresh start.

The 37-year-old opens up about her time on “The Voice,” and why she decided to opt out of being a judge on the show after six seasons.

“I can’t stay in a stagnant place for too long, which is why I think the position I was in with television just became very stifling. I need movement, I need to go explore, be an artist, create and transform.”

While Aguilera usually shows up to all gigs and photo shoots with makeup on makeup on makeup, it’s refreshing to see a celebrity embrace their natural look inspiring others to do the same.
