This Girl Went Completely Insane On A Guy Who Politely Rejected Her On Tinder

We’ve all heard the story of the “nice guy” who gets rejected and turns into a total d-bag. When it comes to social networking and dating apps, far too often we’re faced with the narrative of a guy being turned down and completely losing it on the girl who turns him down. We always laugh at the “fragile male ego” and poke fun at guys who can’t take no for an answer–forgetting that there are the “nice girls” who lose it every once in a while when they’re rejected, too. No one likes to be turned down, it feels pretty crappy let’s face it. But, when someone turns you down politely and honestly–for a reason that has nothing to do with you at all and more about the situation–say, they met somebody else–you can’t really be super butt-hurt. I mean, unless you’re Samantha of course.

Imgur user  shared a few screenshots of a Tinder conversation between Samantha and a nice guy who tried to let her down easy. While on Tinder, the guy apparently met someone “around the same time the two had matched.” To be honest, it’s not so farfetched. I was on Tinder around the same time I happened to meet my current boyfriend IRL–and it so happens I told a few people I had matched with prior that I had met someone else and wanted to see where it went (and, ended up deleting the app altogether). Lucky for me, all of the guys I had spoken so were understanding and cool with it, saying it was refreshing to have someone be honest with them. Samantha, on the other hand, didn’t take it so well.

The guy started off by simply saying he didn’t want to lead her on, seeing as he had met someone else.

And, she ended up being pretty damn bitter about it.

This guy didn’t even fight back–still apologized–and she still went on, and on, and on…

Imgur

No offense, I wouldn’t be adding someone on Facebook before I met them in person either.

Imgur

Also–why bash the girl he’s seeing? You have no idea who she is or what she’s about…

Imgur

Kudos to this guy for continuously keeping his cool.

At this point, I would have told her to f*ck off.

Imgur

She did take his honest decline as a “f*ck you,” which, is so far off.

Now, this is just crazy.

Imgur

LOL–why would anyone want to give you a chance now?

In all fairness–I don’t like being rejected either, but, there’s absolutely zero reasons to go 0-100 on anybody like this, especially on Tinder, especially when you two have never spoken before nor have you met in person. It’s one thing if someone rejects you in a horrible way–like ghosting you after several dates when you’ve already caught feelings. But, to brutally drag someone who you’ve only matched with and have never even spoken to? Get a grip girl, you’re giving all of us a bad name.
