I’ve been a hostess for three years and I pack all of the to-go and carry out orders. People think they don’t have to tip me because they’re not sitting down but forget that someone had to put their meal together. So yes, you should tip.

Ok it’s not a question, but when I go up to a table and introduce myself, I hate when the person is on their phone and says “one minute” while they finish texting. Or, when a customer orders and doesn’t look at me (at all).
