Err, having an odor:
I would say, if a woman’s personal hygiene is not up to par, it’s a massive turn-off for me. Call me vain, but I like a girl that smells nice, dresses nice and takes care of herself (looks don’t bother me at all, as long as she’s presentable).
Being rude to the server:
Remember one time, a couple of years before meeting my wife to be, I dated this woman who was real nice to me, but obnoxious to the waitress.
That’s all I needed to switch to “off”.
