16. Unsubscribe from subscription emails you hate.
If you are like me, you get never ending emails every day that you don’t even open and just delete. Go through them that you don’t need and unsubscribe from them. The less email spam the better.
17. Volunteer somewhere.
It doesn’t have to be all the time but at least once a month is good. You will feel great doing so.
18. Swap milk chocolate for dark chocolate.
Dark Chocolate is full of antioxidants and is actually good for you. Dark Chocolate may improve Blood Flow and Lower Blood Pressure and may lower The Risk of Cardiovascular Disease. Not only will it help with that but it will boost your mood so yes eat chocolate, dark chocolate.
19. Get a massage or something relaxing for yourself.
Massages feel great and it also reduces stress and will help sore muscles you might have. Studies of the benefits of massage demonstrate that it is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension.
20. Floss every day.
Flossing is boring but it’ll be great for your teeth and gums and your dentist will be happy to know you are flossing every day. Flossing prevents buildup known as plaque, early gum inflammation called gingivitis, and tooth decay.
