6. Clean out your phone.


Delete apps you don’t use, get rid of old contacts you no longer speak to, and clear out old photos to get rid of any duplicates. If you want to keep photos, download a Photo app that will back up your photos from your phone so you can delete them out. (Google Photos is a great one to get for backing up photos and videos). That way, you won’t have to run out of storage in 2018.

7. Reach out to old friends and get together more often.


Friends serve a very important role in our development as individuals. It is always great to catch up with an old friend you haven’t spoken to or seen in a while. We all get so caught up with each others lives these days due to social media but actually reaching out to a friend and seeing them in person is the better way to go.

8. Take off your makeup and wash your face at the end of the day.


I HAVE to do this every night or else I feel just dirty. It is something so simple to do and it only takes about 5 minutes. I’m sure you have 5 minutes out of your day to wash your face. If you cant get to the sink to clean your face then keep a pack of cleansing wipes with you to clean your face off.

9. Get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.


I wish I was able to do this but its hard with a 2-year-old! Sleep is an important function for many reasons, It can benefit your heart, weight, mind, and more. Be sure to set a bedtime each night and stick to it!

10. Go on a trip by yourself, for yourself.


Have you always wanted to just get up and go somewhere? Why wait.Take a trip you have always wanted to do and enjoy it. Taking a trip just might help you, in the long run, to get your mind off of things for awhile and just be in the moment and enjoy where you are. A solo trip can be a powerful, introspective, life-changing experience.
