Get your heart pumping for at least 10 minutes a day. It doesn’t matter how or when you do it, just do it. By exercising there are so many great benefits to doing so. It’ll help with weight loss, improve your mood, boost your energy levels, improve sleep and help with any medical conditions you might have.

14. Give up smoking.


If you are a smoker, let’s make this year the year you stop. As soon as you quit, your body begins to repair the damage caused by smoking. Not only will it start repairing itself but you will feel better and look better.
