The Spice Girls Are Allegedly Getting Back Together In 2018 And Fans Are Freaking Out

Every ’90s girl knows that we were heartbroken when The Spice Girls decided they were going to break up and do their own things. Since the epic ending to the best #GirlPower band of all time, we’ve all been secretly hoping that one day they would get back together and give us all the reunion we’ve always wanted deep down in our hearts. With Victoria Beckham having her hands full with a family and a fashion line and Mel B being a bad-ass judge on America’s Got Talent, we never thought we’d see the day where the girls got back together for anything. But, according to several reports, we may see a Spice Girls reunion as early as 2018.

The five of them have been locked in secret talks since the summer, and finally they are all on-board for a 2018 reunion. As it stands, they will be working together on a series of projects, which will include an album and a TV special celebrating the Spice Girls. And getting Victoria to agree has been a coup for everyone involved, given she has always been the person holding back on a reunion.

But, a rep for Vicotria Beckham said that Posh Spice still may not be on board:

Victoria has said many times, she loved her time in the Spice Girls and continues to be full of affection for the girls and the happy memories they created together, however her future focus is her family and fashion brand.

So, it’s kind of unclear whether or not they are definitely getting back together, but, Mel B has spoken out recently in light of her divorce from her husband and said that the girls have been very supportive during her troubling time – all of the girls. And, now that they’re back in communication with each other, she’s been trying to get them to do something of a mini-reunion at least.
