The Internet is a place that can be so brilliant at times – like, by giving me endless memes to laugh at when I feel like a trash person. But, the Internet can also be an awful place where people take things way too far. The new trend of watching people have huge pimples popped and blackheads extracted makes me question everyone’s sanity to be honest. The fact that people enjoy watching this makes me really uncomfortable and quite frankly, concerned. With the rise in popularity of Dr. Pimple Popper, it’s no wonder that someone decided to create a nail design that featured – what else – popping pimples.
Natasha Lee is a beauty blogger/vlogger who likes to apparently make people really, really uncomfortable (or just me). She’s also the brains behind the fidget spinner nails. This time, she’s taking things to a pretty gross level with these bad boys, which, you actually do squeeze to get the pus out. *cringes*. The idea came about for Halloween, because yeah, what’s scarier than nails that pus? Not much.

If you’re into this and want to recreate it at home – here’s a tutorial on how she did it. *silently judging you*
Twitter, of course, had their own thoughts on this new “trend.”

I just saw a video for “exploding pimple nails” on Facebook. What is wrong with the world?
