A Pizza Truck Crashed And Spilled Hundreds Of Pizzas Onto The Highway

Never forget.

On Wednesday, August 9th, a truck in Arkansas crashed carrying what can only be described as a buttload of frozen pizzas. The carnage was unimaginable, as hundreds of pizzas were flung onto the open highway and splattered across the street.

Thankfully no human beings were hurt, but the tragedy of this loss of pizza can not be understated.

“There’s a lot of frozen pizzas laying out on the interstate right now,” Arkansas Department of Transportation Department spokesman Danny Straessle said from the scene. “Lots of pizza fatalities.”

Highway crew had to work for hours to scrape the dead pizzas — which were DiGiorno and Tombstone brand — off the streets.

Who knows if they’ll ever recover from the trauma of seeing so many dead pizzas piled up like that; severed pepperoni slices hanging off their pulverized saucy bodies.

Truly one of the great tragedies of our time.
