When you’re in a long-distance relationship, you know it’s incredibly hard to be away from the person you love. It’s not always the big things that you miss, but it’s also the little things–like making pancakes together for breakfast.
One couple, who lives over 25 hours away from each other, found a way to still have breakfast together in the morning and it’s absolutely adorable. Jace Lee and his girlfriend, Alishia Rougier, met in Trinidad and Tobago. However, Lee moved to Guam. The two still remained a couple even after Lee moved away. They spend a lot of time texting and FaceTiming with each other to make up for the distance.
Lee told BuzzFeed that one morning, the two were texting and both wanted to make “boxed pancakes” for breakfast.
The two said it was simple, but also adorable and cute. They ended up making their pancakes on FaceTime and even sat down to eat on FaceTime, too. It was as though they were together the entire time.
Honestly, you can’t get sweeter than this guys. I think I feel a tear in my eye…nope wait, I’m actually crying. Lee shared the moment on Twitter, and obviously, people fell in love with their relationship and the idea.
