Bone marrow to be eaten before or during drinking. Watermelon until you pee after you’ve been drinking. Fat metabolism and b vitamins/ electrolytes respectively. Alcohol will inhibit pyruvate dehydrogenase and I think these help the body to get past it to restore homeostasis.

Fresh, cold, cherry tomatoes. And a glass of cold milk. I think the balance of acid and base in this combo helps regulate your stomach’s pH levels.

Toasted bread with mayo and ramen noodles with the flavor pack, some cayenne pepper, red chili flakes, and garlic powder. To wash it all down I drink my weight in pedialyte

CHARCOAL PILLS. You take them a couple of hours before you go out. The charcoal absorbs the bad toxins. It’s not 100% hangover proof- but I would say 90% of the time I’m good the next morning

A large ice latte from Dunkin’ Donuts, 2 Advil, and a banana. The banana is key. After a few hours if I still feel shitty I’ll have a warm Pepsi and some cheez-its

Pooping. The only thing that makes me feel better after a night of drinking is pooping as soon as I wake up. Weird, but it works.
