It probably would have been cheaper and easier to alter the clothes as opposed to his body, but hey, whatever floats your boat. People on Twitter think he’s gone a little too far, though.
I can’t believe any worthwhile surgeon would perform these procedures. This man has serious dysmorphia issues and needs help.
