This fitness program is somewhat new in comparison to the first two listed. It originally started with offering a 28 day guide that I myself have actually tried and saw great results. The program is broken down into three separate phases. The first starts off with a detox period otherwise known as “phase 1,” which requires eliminating a lot of foods from your diet and slowly incorporating food groups back in. This is extremely helpful because it can help detect if you have any kind of food allergies or sensitivities. If you are someone who constantly suffers from bloating for reasons unknown, this might be a great way to figure out what foods you should avoid.
Aside from offering a 28-day guide, they now offer an 8-week guide.
What you can expect with the 28-day guide:
- nutritional guide
- workout routines
- calendar for meal planning
See the video below for a sample of the workout and a very satisfied Fitazfk user below:
Sooo excited about my progress thus far ??? first picture was before starting @fitazfk 28 day challenge, the second picture was during my third week and the last is today, on my 25th day ♥️♥️♥️ It wasn’t easy and I had two cheat days but I stayed strong with the help of my partner/sister Also, when I took my pictures I made sure I wasn’t pushing my stomach out or sucking it in, I wanted to be honest to others and myself ?
