The Kardashians Hit Blac Chyna With A Legal Document That Changes Everything

I feel like I can no longer keep up with the Kardashians – and Blac Chyna. This family has more drama than General Hospital and All My Children combined, it’s hard to believe that they can keep their heads on straight with all these crazy events happening day after day.

Recently, Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian have been in a very public brawl over their relationship and their daughter, Dream Kardashian. Basically, to make it short and sweet, Chyna sent Rob some salty videos in bed with another man and Rob went all crazy and posted a lot of private conversations and photos on social media – including nude photos of Chyna.

This is known as revenge porn and is completely illegal in the state of California. Since the incident, Chyna hired a lawyer and took Rob to court. The California judge granted Chyna a restraining order against Rob and, also, a gag order that says Rob cannot discuss or post anything about Chyna moving forward. The couple also got joint custody of their daughter, Dream.

But, Chyna is still going around doing a lot of press about the situation – claiming Rob completely broke her trust and disobeyed her by posting these nude images online. While people have gone back and forth on social media on who is right and who is wrong in the situation – the Kardashians haven’t said a word in public. Representatives for the family have spoken out in press releases and statements – but, the Kardashians themselves have not said a word. No Twitter posts, no social media quotes – nothing.

Except, now, a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) has surfaced – which the Kardashians issued against Chyna to prevent her from sharing any vital or private information about the family. This is a way in which the family is protecting Rob and the rest of the sisters. Included in the document is also Caitlyn Jenner, Scott Disick, Lamar Odom and Kanye West – all whom are associated with the Kardashian family in one way or another.

Jezebel explained:

“Chyna is forbidden to discuss personal relationships, business activities, plans, operations, finances, or employees, or those of their affiliates, employees or any of their respective families, associates, friends, affiliates, agents, assigns, or designees.”

If she does, Chyna can have to pay up to $10 million for “breach of contract.” That’s a whole lot of money that I don’t think Chyna has – no matter how much Rob has bought her over the last year. So, I guess that she is going to keep her personal business – well – personal. Unless, she wants to fork up millions of dollars to a family that already has millions stacked up.
