Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Welcome Their Fourth Child Into The World

On Friday, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed their fourth child into the world via surrogate. The two, who already have three children together—North, Saint, and Chicago—had another boy, making it an even 2-girls, 2-boys.

The news of their son’s birth broke originally on social media when Kim Kardashian tweeted: “he’s here and he’s perfect!”

She also said that their new son looks “just like Chicago,” their youngest daughter.

The news of their son’s birth also broke on The Ellen Show, where Kris Jenner was a guest this week. Ellen decided to surprise Kris on the show for Mother’s Day with six of her grandchildren. During the appearance, Kourtney accompanied Mason, North, Penelope, Saint, Reign, and Chicago on stage—claiming Kim was supposed to be there, too, but her surrogate had gone into labor while she was backstage and she had to rush over to the hospital.

Therefore, Kris found out about her new grandson on Ellen. How wild?

This is Kim Kardashian’s second child via surrogate after she experienced serious complications during her first two pregnancies. Kardashian had both appendicitis and preeclampsia, a condition that makes the birthing process extremely dangerous and difficult for both a mother and her baby.

Thereality star was later diagnosed with placenta accreta, that causes the placenta to grow too close to the uterine wall.

Kardashian has yet to share a photo of her new little man—but, if he looks anything like Chicago, I’m sure he’s absolutely adorable.
