Blac Chyna Granted A Restraining & Gag Order Against Rob Kardashian By Court Order

On Monday, Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian met in a California courtroom after a very public fight occurred on social media – resulting in Rob posting nude photos of Chyna online.

According to an interview on Good Morning America, Chyna claims she and Rob have not been involved romantically since December. She had moved on and began seeing other people – but, according to Chyna – he would not let go. Rob on the other hand says that the two were very much together, as he was purchasing thousands of dollars worth of jewelry for her and still sleeping with her from time to time.

Chyna claims she sent Rob videos of her “in bed with another man,” as a way to get him to finally back off. Instead of backing off, Rob lashed out on social media – leaking personal texts between he and Chyna, he and Chyna’s new man and some very nude photos of Chyna.

This, of course, has been known as revenge porn and is illegal in the state of California – as well as many other states across the United States of America. After the incident, Chyna hired lawyer Lisa Bloom, who had helped Mischa Barton win her own revenge porn case. On Monday, they appeared in a courtroom in front of a judge to punish Rob for his wrongdoings.

According to Bloom, what Rob did was “domestic violence and abuse,” and, she was fighting to get a restraining order against him, as well as a gag order, issuing that he was not allowed to legally speak about Chyna anymore on social media.

After a day in court, Chyna was granted her restraining and gag order by the judge.

Bloom issued a statement after the court meeting saying:

“I’m pleased to announce in court this morning we had a complete and total victory. The judge gave us everything we asked for, which is a set of very strong restraining orders, restraining him from coming near her and cyberbullying; restraining him from posting anything about her online.”
