Sometimes in life, we see people who make us feel better about all of the bad things in the world. Their bravery, courage and positivity effect us in ways that nothing else can. People like 15-year-old Amari Hall.
Amari was born with a heart defect and has been waiting on the donor list for a transplant for years. Hypoplastic left heart syndrome, the defect, had caused Amari to require three corrective heart surgeries before he even celebrated his 2nd birthday.
For years, he had to sit out on a lot of childhood milestones in order to maintain his health. After finally making it to the top of the list and finding a match, the teenager underwent the heart surgery he had been waiting for all of his life.
Six days after his surgery, Amari was back to his “cheery self,” as his mom told CNN. His family was by his side, every step of the way. To cheer up the teen, they decided to play some music in his hospital room and – everyone was shocked with what happened next.
Amari was so happy and feeling so much better, he broke out into the most incredible and inspirational dance we’ve seen on the Internet – ever.
Since the video was posted online, it’s gone viral on the web as people celebrate with Amari and his entire family.
This is wonderful, so happy for this beautiful person. Will now go on to live a happy healthy life.
