The Kardashians and Jenners are known to pull up to any red carpet and slay…usually.
But, it seems as though Kendall Jenner may have missed the memo for this year’s Met Gala. The theme of this year’s biggest night in fashion was “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.” Many celebrities took the theme to heart and showed up in biblical fashion statements–including Rihanna showing up as the literal Pope. But, Kendall Jenner…not so much.
Kendall showed up in an all-white jumpsuit–with no theme in site. Twitter can’t stop dragging the runway model–claiming she looks like she pulled up covered in toilet paper. Crying.
Not for nothing–Twitter has a point. The Met Gala is the night of the year to show up in the most out-there, extra, stunning fashion looks by designers on the theme. How hard is it to show up in the theme? Come on girl, get it together.
