Everyone knows that there’s no such thing as a childhood without Disney and Pixar movies. Some of us were raised on the classics, and some of us grew to love some of the “newer” films as adults–but, regardless, we all have our own personal hierarchy of which movies were the best of the best.
There are those classics that we will forever treasure–like Toy Story, The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast. And, then there are the new ones we have seen and loved–like Wall-E, Moana, and even Frozen. In the spirit of March Madness, someone on Twitter created a Disney/Pixar bracket of movies, but, the results have me feeling some type of way.

There is no possible way that Monster’s Inc. reigns supreme out of these titles. I love me some Sully and Mike, don’t get me wrong (Boo is my girl), but, not only have some of these movies been robbed.
For example, you cannot look at me with a straight face and tell me that Tangled is better than The Lion King. Also, The Nightmare Before Christmas beating Beauty and the Beast? Also, Finding Nemo is way better than Inside Out (@ me). Who made this?!? I need to speak to their parents.
Also, you have to take into account that some classics were left out. There’s no Lady and the Tramp, no Alice in Wonderland, The Jungle Book…TOTAL BUST.
People on Twitter were outraged as well, and, decided to make their own versions of this outrageous bracket.
A much more tasteful bracket, imo
some thoughts about common feels toward my Disney movie preferences:
1. Lion King is good, but vastly overrated. Tarzan’s soundtrack is the best of any Disney film. LK would’ve made it further w different seeding pic.twitter.com/eXBWSWy0vH

Here’s mine! I’m high on Nightmare before Christmas. They left out some really good ones though pic.twitter.com/nke9q81Dje

While sitting down and trying to do this, it’s a lot harder than it looks. It’s more than just the movie itself, it’s the little details. Which storyline was better, did I cry at both, how was the music? Details, people, details. If you’re interested in making your own, fill it out and send it our way (we’re dying to yell at you about it).
And for everyone asking for a blank bracket here ya go, knock yourselves out pic.twitter.com/AVdMEDQa7r
