Any mom who can be proud and honest about the troubles and stresses that go into raising a child is a true hero in my book. No one is perfect at anything in life, especially when it comes to parenting. I’ve seen firsthand how hard situations can be, especially when you have a toddler running around with their curiosity blooming. They want to touch everything, feel everything, experience life for the first time, it’s almost hard to stop them. But, when someone so influential is willing to be honest about the obstacles, it’s truly moving to us all. One mom stopped P!nk while she was grocery shopping and thanked her, saying she gets her “strength” from P!nk’s parenting because she’s not afraid to f*ck up in public. Apparently, they both cried together.
A really sweet Mama came up 2me tonight at the grocery store and told me some nice words about how she gets strength from my parenting cause I’m not afraid to fuck up in public. We cried together. It’s so hard. Y’all. I wish us mamas could give ourselves and each other a break.

It’s natural for any mother or parent to understand and also get emotional about this kind of talk and conversation. So often parents are quick to judge each other on how they raise their children without stopping to think: it’s a struggle for everyone, no matter who you are. Even a celebrity. Other moms took to Twitter to respond with their own, personal struggles, kind words, and relatable moments.

You have it the hardest of them all! With being under constant media scrutiny, I can only imagine how much harder being a mother is; and trying to keep the bs of the industry away from the babes. #RESPECT

I hear ya, and for the dads that do it all too if I may. Be kind people. Everyone is fighting a battle you don’t know about. But we are trying our best. Much respect to all parents giving their all.

Anyone who says parenting is easy has never been a parent.
We parents, especially moms, need to support each other and lend a hand/shoulder/ear whenever we get the chance.
