Woman Who Used To Weigh 500 Pounds Recreates Old Photos And She Looks Like A Brand New Person

Losing weight is an uphill battle for many people, especially if they have been living with the literal burden of their size for most of their lives. At a time when the percentage of Americans living with obesity is at an all time high, it’s no surprise that one of the most common New Year’s Resolutions has to do with dropping the pounds.

Ad while it’s oftentimes difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel, it is important to stay positive and motivated. Nobody knows this better than Indiana residents Lexi Reed and her husband Danny, who collectively lost 400lbs in just eighteen months.

When they stopped eating junk food, started making meals at home and began to hit the gym five to six times a week, they each dropped half their body weight in just one years’ time. Lexi amassed over half a million followers over the course of the couples’ journey, many of whom are struggling with their own weight and find inspiration in Lexi’s posts.

“Together we started meal prepping, drinking water instead of soda, quit watching television and started moving more, going to the gym just 30 minutes five times a week, focusing on our future every day, setting goals – and day by day the weight took care of its self.”
