There are, and have been, a lot of social media networks and apps that have made a huge impact on all of our lives. Whether we started off with them, like MySpace, or still continue to use them, like Facebook, it’s no secret that social media networks can bring more than just friendships into our lives. Now, people have been able to make careers out of using their social media profiles, like Instagram and even the long-gone app Vine. If you can’t remember, or never used it, Vine was a social media network that allowed users to make 6-second videos that played on loops. It was a new way to showcase your comedic skills and short enough that our Millennial attention spans loved it. While the app only shut down in 2016, people online are freaking out after the creator of Vine tweeted this suspect image and caption.

If you were to ask me, that looks like a “Vine 2” logo. So, maybe we are getting a new version of the app and every person who ever used Vine to get famous can rejoice. But, there’s no actual proof or announcement just yet. Still, Twitter has been freaking out over the idea that they may get back their beloved Vine videos.

We here at PizzaBottle are sincerely hoping this is true because who doesn’t love Vine? But, just in case you don’t want to wait any longer, enjoy these “best of” videos from the older, ancient version of Vine. #DoItForTheVine.
