4. Modern Family – “Three Turkeys” (Season 6, Episode 8):
Modern Family gives us a good chuckle every once in a while because not only is the cast great, the show is so relatable to literally everyone. This episode’s plot shows just how dysfunctional big families can be (see, relatable) when Phil decides to make the turkey for Thanksgiving, but, Claire doesn’t exactly turst him – so she makes a backup turkey. At the same time, Gloria makes a turkey of her own because she doesn’t want to be involved in all the big-family drama. Needlesstosay, there are three turkeys this Thanksgiving.
5. That 70’s Show – “Thanksgiving” (Season 1, Episode 9):
What’s a relaxing holiday without your favorite 70’s stoners? This bunch always has a bit of drama and forgetfulness (I mean…I don’t blame them). This holiday, Eric’s sister Laurie brings home her friend from college who ends up kissing Eric. Of course, Donna’s pissed AF because that’s her man. The entire time, Kitty is anxiously awaiting Red’s mother’s arrival for the holiday, but everyone is too stoned to remember to pick her up – oops.
6. It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia – “The Gang Squashes Their Beefs” (Season 9, Episode 10):
You can always count on the gang from It’s Always Sunny to make any situation a disaster, especially a holiday. Instead of having a nice family dinner, the gang unanimously decides to invite all of their enemies over and tries to make amends with them for everything they’ve done wrong over the years. Clearly, it backfires (as usual).
