10. Everybody Loves Raymond – “No Fat” (Season 3, Episode 10):
Marie visits a health fair at a senior center and realizes that she and her husband are not healthy enough. So, instead of having a traditional Thanksgiving turkey, Marie wants to have a “no fat” Thanksgiving and makes a tofu-turkey. Obviously, Raymond, Frank, and Robert are not happy.
11. Parenthood – “Happy Thanksgiving” (Season 2, Episode 10):
I’m only biased because I just finished binge-watching this adorable show, but it’s one to put on your list for your downtime. The Bravermans happen to be the most adorable and dysfunctional, yet working family I’ve ever seen on TV. This Thanksgiving is filled with all that family drama – family fights, fighting over who carves the turkey, and of course, romance.
12. New Girl – “Parents” (Season 2, Episode 8):
Jess’ parents show up to celebrate the holidays at her new apartment, but, the only catch is they’re divorced and hate each other. Nothing spells holiday family drama like awkward run-ins between your parents who haven’t spoken in a while. Eek.
