6. Tragus Piercing:
The tragus piercing is done in the inner cartilage of your ear and – as a proud owner of one – it’s cute and tasteful. I like the fact that it’s easy to change up and I can put either a stud or a hoop in it.
7. Daith Piercing:
The daith piercings are done in the innermost cartilage fold of the ear, which means it’s pretty painful to get to. It’s smart to use a bar or a hoop for this, as regular studs won’t work. Some people even get this type of piercing to avoid headaches.
8. Anti-Tragus Piercing:
The anti-tragus piercing is done in the upper part of your lower lobe. This isn’t as painful as this area is a bit softer, but it’s best to use a bar or a hoop for this.
9. Industrial Piercing:
The industrial piercing is popular amongst people who want to use a bigger, longer bar. The piercing requires two holes and you put the piercing through the top of your ear, going through both holes.
10. Forward Helix Piercing:
The forward helix piercing is one that you get on top of your tragus on the cartilage flap. Some people can only fit one or two since their cartilage is shorter/smaller than others, while some people opt for multiple ones.
