6. Drop the creamer.
I understand that not everyone likes black coffee like I do. I’m obsessed with black coffee. And after dropping the cream and sugar over the course of a few years – I find that black coffee has left me feeling best. The cream is high in fats and, sugar is sugar. Trying a skim milk or milk alternative such as sugar-free almond milk is a great alternative.
7. Substitute egg whites.
Egg yolks are filled with fat and cholesterol. I love them, you love them, but if you’re looking to see changes, maybe double up on the egg whites and keep one yolk if you just can’t drop it completely.
8. Pick a fun workout class.
Some people just hate the gym. They don’t know what to do, they’re super intimidated by weights and I get it. Sign up for a fun spin or boxing class. There’s literally a million deals out there on Groupon that give you the opportunity to try before committing.
9. Try veggie alternatives.
Cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles, you’d be surprised how much these foods give you the feel of your favorites without the harsh carb intake.
10. Keep your leggings and sneakers nearby.
If you’re someone who is always in their car going places – keep a set there. If you have an office/desk – keep a set there. Make yourself available to that last minute workout.
