Stop everything because Bob’s Burgers the absolutely fantastic animated family sitcom that introduced the world to Tina Belcher is getting its own feature length film! That’s right, 20th Century Fox just announced that Bob, Linda, Gene, Tina and Louise are coming to the big screen in 2020. Which is a long time away… but still, exciting!
“We know the movie has to scratch every itch the fans of the show have ever had, but it also has to work for all the good people who’ve never seen the show,” said show creator Loren Bouchard. “We also know it has to fill every inch of the screen with the colors and the sounds and the ever-so-slightly greasy texture of the world of Bob’s, but most of all it has to take our characters on an epic adventure. In other words, it has to be the best movie ever made. But no pressure, right?!”

Sounds challenging, but I’m 100% confident they’ll pull it off, and it’ll be the funniest, sweetest, most awkward, warmhearted animated movie of all time. But yeah, no pressure.
