A mere 72 hours after TMZ broke the jaw-dropping news that Kylie Jenner is allegedly pregnant with Travis Scott’s child, sexy lingerie-and-costume purveyor Yandy.com began peddling a Pregnant Kylie Costume on their site.
To deter lawsuits, Kylie’s name is not mentioned. The “Reality Star In The Making” features an impressive lookalike striking Kylie’s signature pose (you know, the one where she seems to be looking for something on the ground?) and is composed entirely of “a white dress with a V-neckline, criss-cross spaghetti straps, a ruched and wrapped bodice, and a faux pregnant belly with a tie back closure.”
They clarify that “Wig and phone are not included” and despite the exploitation of a possibly-pregnant 20-year-old reality star, the price tag of $59.95 seems to be the true crime here.
Yes, Yandy’s unabashed profiteering is grody to say the least, especially when we consider Kylie has yet to confirm or deny the pregnancy rumors. But what can one expect from a company that has managed to find the sexy side of Fake News, Darth Vader, and Stranger Things’ Eleven — AN ACTUAL CHILD? Nothing is sacred.
Yandy certainly doesn’t lack in imagination. As for Kylie, we have yet to find out whether or not she is actually pregnant, although Kris’ cryptic text to Ryan Seacrest on Monday coupled with the fact that the news dropped a day before the Kardashians’ 10-year anniversary special (they are nothing if not savvy businesswomen) leads us to think yes, absolutely.
