Rob Kardashian Might Go To Jail For Leaking Blac Chyna’s Nude Photos

This week, Rob Kardashian took the Internet by storm to air his and his fiancé’s – Blac Chyna – dirty laundry. While many couples would keep their issues to themselves and handle them like adults, these two decided the best way to hash it out was publicly, online.

Of course, people were sitting on social media waiting for the next post after post after post to go up – because what else do we really have to do with our time than sit by and aimlessly watch celebrity drama?

While everyone thought that this was hilarious and couldn’t stop refreshing their timelines, there’s a lot of sh*t that’s completely and utterly wrong on both ends of the drama that went on. But, what I’m more concerned about is Rob Kardashian violating Blac Chyna’s privacy – no matter how angry he was.

Rob Kardashian accused Chyna of cheating on him – which clearly, is true, based on the video she sent him in bed with another man. However, to get “back at her,” Rob decided to post completely nude photos of Chyna on his Instagram page – which has since been deleted.

While people think this was “petty and savage,” it’s also f*cking illegal.

According to Mashable

“Nonconsensual porn or “revenge porn” is illegal in California and can be punishable by jail time and a fine, though not all states have similar laws. In California, images or recordings of intimate body parts meant to stay private cannot be distributed with the intent to cause emotional distress, according to the law. If the victim is indeed psychologically harmed, the perpetrator may be guilty of a misdemeanor.”

Basically, Rob Kardashian can wind up in jail if Blac Chyna decides she wants to sue him for leaking the images for millions of people to see. Although his account has been taken down and the photos are no longer on his page, people ripped the images – sharing them thousands of times on other sites and pages.

Now, I’m not saying Blac Chyna doesn’t usually flaunt her body online – because, if you know anything about her, it’s clear that she does. However, that does not give Rob Kardashian the right to violate her privacy in such a way. She clearly sent those images to him and him only, and no matter what went down, he does not have the right to leak those images online.

It’s the same with the average Joe – who’s not a Kardashian. There’s absolutely no reason for anyone to share, show off or leak nude photos of another person when they are sent to them personally. It is not only a violation of a person’s trust, but it’s a violation of their privacy.

So, the next time a girl (or even a guy) sends you nudes in secrecy – think before you show it to anyone else.
