Elon Musk, who has so far pretty much failed to live up to any of the promises he made regarding COVID-19 assistance—as well as mansplained to his partner Grimes about what their child’s name actually meant after she went through a grueling labor and delivery—is finally being called to task by none other than Grimes’ mother.
Musk had recently tweeted “take the red pill”—a famous quote from The Matrix about seeing reality—but now grossly misappropriated by the far-right and “men’s rights advocates” as evidence of a conversion to their views. Ivanka Trump echoed his sentiment, prompting The Matrix co-director Lilly Wachowski to say “F*** both of you.” Grimes’ mother Sandy Garossino said something similar in a now-deleted tweet.
“If your partner went through a challenging pregnancy and childbirth in the last two weeks…And you were over 16 years old, would you be blaring MRA bulls–t on Twitter right now?” wrote Garossino.
Thank you, Grandma!
Grime’s spicy mama, who appears to greatly dislike her daughter’s baby daddy, was not done yet, though. She retweeted a call for Musk to be arrested for reopening his Tesla factory against orders.
