The beginning of every relationship is often times filled with bliss, romance, and wearing rose-colored lenses. In short, we don’t truly realize the negative things about our partner from the get-go. While we want to look past all of the bad aspects of our significant other, sometimes, there are giant red flags that scream in our face: “Hey! Look at me!” For example, the exact moment we realize that we’re dating a complete and total moron.Â
There comes a point in almost every relationship where one person sees something, hears something, or realizes something that makes them think their boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife is just plain stupid. While we don’t want to admit it, it changes the way we look at them…only for like 5 minutes though.
