If you’re not a fan of the “Harry Potter” books or movies well, there’s little to no hope for you so I’m sorry. For all the folks out there like myself who love anything and everything “Harry Potter” I got some news for you. Just like a lot of people my age grew up with the books first and then we got to enjoy the movies as we were growing up. Awesome timing, it almost felt like we were growing up with the characters as well as the actors and actresses portraying them. Fast forward to today and many of the actors have transformed their work on “Harry Potter” into successful individual careers. There may be no transformation more impressive than Matthew Lewis. As a child, he did a killer job portraying the clumsy Neville Longbottom. As an adult, he has transformed into a certified man dime.

And he gives to charity! What a guy? Recently Matthew Lewis sat down for an interview with Seventeen where he shared some of the childhood drama that was happening on the set of the “Harry Potter” films. He opens up about the fact that he had a crush on Emma Watson for a few years when he was younger. I’ve had an ongoing crush on Emma Watson for the better part of a decade now so I can’t blame you, Matt. Is she the most perfect woman on earth has to offer? Potentially. So at least we know Matt’s got some great taste even all those years ago.
“I probably had a crush on Emma for a couple of years, until I was 13 or 14 – something like that, I mean nothing ever came of it, anyway. It never went anywhere.”
