On Friday, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West announced the name of their daughter–Chicago West. The couple welcomed their daughter into the world earlier this week via a surrogate, making this their third child together. Kim tweeted and announced the name of their daughter on her website/Twitter account.

She also made sure to let everyone know that “Chi” is pronounced “Shy” and not “Chee.”

Many fans are pointing out that Kanye West grew up in Chicago–which, makes sense that he would want to name his daughter that (I guess…I mean, I’m not going to name my child New York). Twitter had a bunch of thoughts on the name of their new baby–and, some of them are too good not to share.
