In the film, Thanos’ character is completely bald and wears no hat or helmet. In the comic books and cartoons, the character’s head was always covered. It leaves true fans feeling a bit, well, awkward. And, since seeing the trailer, fans have been pretty angry on Twitter.

At least now we know why the Thanos Hat has big yellow eyebrows drawn on it, on account of Thanos got no eyebrows.

Some fans made some pretty hilarious comparisons, too.
Anyone else think that Thanos without his helmet on looks like Stone Cold Steve Austin? pic.twitter.com/xExWGOo6gh

Thanos looks like a divorced dad of three who just wants to see his kids, Susan. Take the house and the car, just let him see his kids. pic.twitter.com/hPmvcsTyrP
