Bank Denies Girl’s Card With Terry Crews’ Face On It So She Contacted Him For Permission

Everyone who knows anything about Hollywood and the entertainment industry knows Terry Crews is a boss. The guy is hilarious, kind and brave. Recently, he came forward about the fact that he was once sexually assaulted by a Hollywood exec. That takes pure courage and bravery – especially at such a controversial time like this. But, he’s making headlines now for doing something pretty damn nice for a fan of his – and, we won’t forget it.

Darrel Kennedy was looking for a way to stop using her credit card so much. She thought it would be hilarious and useful if she put a “stern-looking Terry Crews” on her card so that she would think twice about swiping on sh*t she doesn’t need.

She requested to have her card changed at Wells Fargo, the bank she uses, but they said they wouldn’t put his face on a card unless she got full permission from Terry Crews himself. Now, that seems pretty impossible seeing as Crews is a huge Hollywood name and it’s not so easy to grab someone’s contact info. Instead, Kennedy got pretty creative and used social media – it is 2017 after all. She tweeted about her misfortune at the bank and asked Twitter to help her out and “retweet” or “tag” Crews so he would see her dilemma.

While we all try to @ our favorite celebrities but they never respond. Instead, Crews gave his seal of approval for her brilliant idea.

And, Kennedy let us know she was going for the gold.

And, Crews had his fingers crossed for her.

And, Wells Fargo was down with the card, seeing as Terry Crews himself gave approval. It’s one of those quests they think you’ll never succeed at and boom – she did the damn thing.

Crews was obviously hyped for her.

He even admitted he also uses a photo of himself to save money – how ironic.

I’m actually dying – that’s the smartest idea I’ve heard to date. I need to go print a photo of Terry Crews ASAP so I stop ordering Seamless every 5 hours.

You got that right.
