This Couple Gifts Each Other A New Puppy Every Year As An Anniversary Present

When you hear about couples online doing really adorable things, most of the time, you wonder why you’re not in a relationship with that much love. After a while, however, we start to get sick of seeing “relationship goals,” all over our timelines to remind us how alone and bored we are with our own love lives. But, when you see a couple that does something so sentimental and special for each other – you can’t help but say “awww” out loud, in your apartment, all alone, as your voice echoes.

One Twitter user shared the adorable tradition that her sister and brother-in-law have established in their relationship. They’ve been married for three years now, and, for every anniversary they celebrate – they get each other a new puppy. I’m serious – a new dog for every year they have been united in holy matrimony.

Of course – this is one of those things that you can’t help but obsess over. When will I find someone who loves dogs as much as I do and want as many dogs as I do? Answer: probably never. So, I am monumentally jealous of this couple and, I will admit, this is my ultimate relationship goals.
