This story keeps getting juicer and juicier. This week, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have reached a whole new level of petty. If you think that you’re a savage when it comes to getting “revenge” on your ex – you are no one unless you are Rob Kardashian.
Rob Kardashian posted photos and text message screenshots between him and his fiancé Blac Chyna after he found out she was cheating on him. Amongst the posts were photos of Chyna in bed with another man, text messages between said man and Rob and then – nude photos of Chyna.
While the Internet thought that it was hilarious and great “TV drama,” it’s actually completely illegal and disrespectful to post someone’s nude photos on the Internet, especially without their consent. Now that California has issued the “revenge porn law,” Rob could be charged and sent to jail for his posts.
It seems as though Blac Chyna is completely aware of this, because she has lawyered up since the posts went up.
Lawyer Lisa Bloom tweeted earlier today that she is representing Blac Chyna and, that she and Rob Kardashian have a date in court set for next Monday. According to the tweet, Blac Chyna is issuing a “restraining order” against Rob.
I represent Blac Chyna. I just gave Rob Kardashian notice that we'll be in court Monday seeking restraining orders against him. More to come

She had tweeted about the incident prior to being hired by Chyna, citing that she had represented other celebs in revenge porn cases.
Note to Rob Kardashian: revenge porn is a crime. And in my Mischa Barton case judge agreed it's a form of domestic violence. Knock it off.

According to several press releases, Chyna’s legal team is looking to take “any and all legal action against Rob Kardashian.”
While revenge porn is a serious offense – especially in California – Twitter is more concerned that this story just got even juicier, making it a full-on entertainment fest.
