A UK gym offers a class called Napercise–where you have 45 minutes of uninterrupted sleep to burn calories. The class is designed to improve moods, relax the mind and even burn calories. The class promises to provide 45 minutes of uninterrupted sleep and nappers are provided a comfortable bed, blanket and eye mask. The aim of the well-being class is to help reduce stress levels and even starts and finishes with a few stretches. Sweet dreams, sweet bod?

A trial class, held this weekend, was fully booked. ‘Napercise’ is expected to be offered across the all David Lloyd clubs in the UK soon. Hopefully, eventually, gyms across the world will follow suit. In the meantime, we will just have to settle with our own in-home options.
