“Toy Boy”—Kate Beckinsale Claps Back At Instagram Troll Criticizing Her For Dating Younger Men

Kate Beckinsale does not entertain fools, especially when it comes to fools shading her on her own Instagram page. A recent troll got taken out in spectacular fashion for commenting on Beckinsale’s relationship with 22-year-old musician Goody Grace and making a typo.

In a now-deleted post, Beckinsale posted a video of her “broken” cat trying to learn some new tricks while in quarantine.

“Very much did not go as planned,” Kate wrote in the caption. “Please tell me if this worked for you and WHY MY CAT IS BROKEN.”

Then a troll snuck in.

“Try and see if your new tom boy will adhere,” the troll wrote, referring to Beckinsale’s boyfriend.

“Try and see if you can spell and not just goon yourself straight out the gate,” Beckinsale wrote back, referring to the phrase “tom boy,” which was probably supposed to mean “toy boy.”

“Try and see if you can spell and not just goon yourself straight out the gate,” she wrote.

Beckinsale drew criticism for dating 26-year-old comedian Pete Davidson back in 2019. Recently, Wendy Williams called out Beckinsale on her talk show.

“She’s got young boyfriend fever,” Williams said. “I’m not down with this. Eventually it’s going to come back to bite her in the behind.”

Beckinsale and Goody have been dating for about four months and were spotted holding hands while hiking earlier this month. They are also quarantining together at Beckinsale’s house in California.

“They have fun and Kate seems happy. His age is not an issue for her. It’s just a number,” said a source to People.
