According to Neutrogena’s website, many others have been having the same kind of issues with these wipes. Some users reported that they’ve used the wipes for years, and haven’t ever had this occur before. Many are wondering if the company has changed their ingredients and added new chemicals into the mix–as it’s happened more recently.

However, the company is still unaware as to what is causing the allergic reactions and breakouts. They’ve are asking users to call the company at 1-800-582-4048, or send them a Direct Message on their social media profile @Neutrogena–hoping to come to a conclusion as to how this is happening.
