Having anxiety seems to be a common trait amongst everyone I know/speak to/meet nowadays. I’ve personally had Generalized Anxiety Disorder for years and have been doing about everything the Internet and my therapist tells me to do to combat it, but, you know, I still worry about everything that happens and most things that will likely never happen–I’m super fun at parties, promise. Either way, anxiety is something that a lot of people can relate to as, honestly, we all go through similar stuff, even if we don’t have the same exact anxiety disorder. While we’re worrying about the end of the world and 57 other things that will most likely never happen–might as well laugh through the panic attacks.
