Most women know that when you don’t have your nails done, you feel incomplete. There are women out there who are perfectly okay with walking around with chipped nails and, then, there are women who have their specific “girl” they go to, every week, to get pampered.
There’s a lot of pressure when you go get a mani/pedi. Should you switch it up and get gel? Should you get tips? What color do you want? Do you want to have your nails and toes match? Do you want to do a fun, new funky color?
Trying new things is fun when it comes to your nails, but, also dangerous. No one wants to spend $40 to just go home and take it off because you hate it.
Like, this one woman, who asked a manicurist for a “round manicure” at a new place she’d never been to before and got this –
If I paid $35 for this, I’d probably ask for my money back – every single penny.
Apparently, she was having such a great conversation with her nail tech that she barely noticed the mess that was occurring on her hands. After leaving, she was so embarrassed, that she tracked down someone to fix them.
Way better.
