Khloé has also been sharing her road to “get her body back.” On Snapchat, the new mom has been videotaping her work-out sessions with her personal trainer in Cleveland, and, showing off her post-baby body so far.

However, many people on social media have come after Khloé saying that she’s “too concerned” with her body and not spending enough time with her daughter. Many claim she’s “neglecting” her new baby and spending way too much time in the gym.

Khloé decided that she wasn’t going to keep quiet when followers were questioning her mothering skills. She posted a video to Snapchat saying:

What I’m annoyed about is I’ve read a couple of times on Twitter that they feel that I’m focusing too much on my body, but the truth is, I’ve worked out five or six days a week before I got pregnant and that’s my sanctuary and something I love to do… I want to start doing that now and get back to my rhythm and in between feedings I want to find time to work out because that’s going to be my new normal.

She added:

Just because I have a baby, doesn’t mean I have to stop doing the things that I love, and I love working out and getting my mind right.

Good for her. Everyone knows how much endorphins help with your mental health and the best way to get your endorphins flowing is by moving and getting enough exercise every day.

As for getting back into the gym, she said:

It’s much more difficult than I think you expect it to be. I’ve been working out for 11 days now, I feel really good, but tired. My body is sore because it’s re-waking itself back up.

Way to go KoKo, keep killing it. Your daughter would be proud.
